These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of hivemedalco.com and any purchase you make from Hive Medal Co. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Our Products
Every item we sell is 3D printed to order, one at a time, in San Diego, CA. Because each piece is individually printed:
- Colors may vary slightly from what's shown on screen, due to differences in monitor displays and natural variation between filament batches
- Minor surface texture from the printing process is normal and not considered a defect
- Production and shipping typically take 5–7 business days from when your order is placed
Orders and Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors, in which case we'll notify you and issue a full refund.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, with free shipping automatically applied to qualifying orders. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, since they depend in part on carrier performance once a package leaves our hands.
Returns and Damages
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, for any reason — including if a piece simply isn't what you expected. Contact us at hello@hivemedalco.com within 14 days of delivery to start a return. We'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund, including original shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or defective, the same 14-day window and full-refund terms apply — just include photos of the issue when you reach out so we can also improve for next time.
Intellectual Property
All designs, product shapes, website content, graphics, and branding on hivemedalco.com are the property of Hive Medal Co. and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our written permission.
Product Use
Our medal displays are intended for indoor, wall-mounted display of lightweight items using standard screws. We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation, mounting on unsuitable surfaces, or use beyond the product's intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hive Medal Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
